Hurricane Dorian Update and Support

Hurricane Dorian has left a path of destruction throughout the Bahamas, devastating the Abacos and Grand Bahama before making its way up the east coast of the United States. We are happy to confirm that our Engel & Völkers advisors who live on these islands are safe and accounted for, however, their communities are in ruins.

While the recovery of these areas will take many years, in the short term Engel & Völkers would like to support three of the most affected areas in which our advisors live: Hopetown, Green Turtle Cay and Freeport. We’d like to encourage our friends, colleagues, customers and clients to make any donation to support the purchase of critical resources such as food, water, fuel, medical supplies, building material, tarps and general supplies for day-to-day needs of those affected by the storm.

We have identified three fundraising groups in the islands which are below however encourage you to support any organization that you are comfortable with.

We will continue to update you as the rebuilding progresses.  Also, please note that all the other islands of The Bahamas are still open for business and you can further support by visiting any of our beautiful resorts or homes.
